No referral is needed. You can book directly with us for both chiropractic and wellness services.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card (if using insurance), and your completed intake forms. Comfortable clothing you can move in is helpful.
Will I get treated on the first visit?
Often, yes. After your consultation and exam, we'll usually begin treatment the same day when it's appropriate for your condition.
Do you offer both chiropractic and medical wellness care?
